What does it involve?
Concrete has many factors that we make easy to understand. We figure out levels, drainage, and all safety and proper precautions in installing your new driveway, walkway, or patio. We leave you with the creative part and provide options for the many stamps the patio can have and color options. We're happy to provide our input in selecting the right color and stamp for your project. Gray broom finished concrete is another option that can have creative work done to it to make it look better than the typical gray slab. We can frame and finish the concrete in different directions to give it a look that pops!
How does it work?
Typical procedure for your new concrete work would be prepping the area and bringing it to bare dirt. If excavating is needed to install heavily compacted road base, we take care of that for you. Otherwise if there's room to build upon, we bring in road base and heavily compact to ensure a well made sub base. If water lines need to be moved  or downspout from the area, we take care of that. Our workers are friendly and work closely with you when it comes time to frame the outline of the concrete. We get your approval on curves and shape of the concrete before day of pouring. If area is a patio or walkway, average depth of concrete is 4" with half inch rebar tied together between the depth of concrete as precaution. Driveways typically require 6" of concrete with rebar included as well. We add fiber to all our concrete as extra precaution. We do our best to ensure your work will last and our name is behind the work. Joints are made to attempt and control where concrete cracks. Concrete always cracks and these lines are made in hope of directing where it cracks. The unpredictability of concrete may cause the concrete to sway away from these lines but we do our best and ensure the joints are strategically placed.
